As stated on previous threads:
1. These are British series
2. No, this list is not complete
3. Some of these are mini-series

Some series which debuted in 1968 that are completely lost:
"Thicker Than Water"
"Hugh and I Spy" (as mentioned in previous thread)
"Ukridge" (as mentioned in previous thread)
"The World of Beachcomber" (wikipedia says an episode survives, while says none of the episodes survive in their entirity)
"Mum's Boys"
"Wink to Me Only"
"According to Dora"
"The Man in the Iron Mask"
"Kindly Leave the Stage"
"Something to Hide"
"Moira Anderson Sings"
